They'd make me tell a story 2 or 3 times until I could think of the best embellishments. Oh, we did have fun. I did the same thing with my own kids. If they lied to me, they'd better have an entertaining story or they'd be in BIG trouble. LOL Must be why we all like fantasy. NOT that it's a moral issue..it's just about bad memory. I get caught. Maybe that's why I like writing fiction.. making up things without recrimination?
