Table space is limited and allocated by broad genre categories.

Invoices/invitations will be sent out the first week of September 2026. Your invoice is your invitation to attend the event.

All interested authors who don’t receive invitations will be placed on a waiting list.

Payment is due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice ($25 for both days.) Your table is not secured until payment has been received.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds will be issued after December 31, 2026.
