We are pleased to have with us retired NYPD Detective Peter McMahon. Detective McMahon will be offering insights on how real crime investigations are conducted and will answer your questions regarding police procedures and conduct.

About the Presenter: When Detective McMahon retired in late 2019, he was the longest-tenured murder detective on the NYPD force. In his over 38 years of service, Detective McMahon personally handled more than 200 homicides, assisted on another 1000 or more cases, and also handled a number of high-profile murders. He appeared on America’s Most Wanted in relation to a homicide involving an NYPD police officer which he successfully solved.
