About the Presenter: Special Agent (Ret), John Paul Bokal, Jr. had a 30-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The son of another FBI Agent, John holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Scranton. Following college graduation, he worked for small CPA firm in Randolph, NJ. After three years of performing audits, John gained the skills necessary to follow the money and applied to be an agent with the FBI. Although he was a CPA by training, throughout his career he conducted a wide variety of investigations. Those investigations included transnational organized crimes, gang-related activities, kidnappings, bank robberies, fraud, and terrorism. John resides in upstate NY, with his wife Jennifer Bokal, a novelist. John and Jennifer are happy empty nesters, who enjoy travel. If John’s not on a trip, you can find him volunteering for Habit for Humanity.
